 1. The Affiliate release.
    The program's "Buy" me button now includes code to pass along affiliate
    information if the program was purchased through an affiliate.
 2. Separated out purchasing and registration.
    There are now two steps "Buy key" and "Enter key"; whereas prior versions 
    just had "Buy". This means we are no longer tied to our earlier eCommerce
    provider.

 0. Version 1.00.0033 is now better at saving e-mails with very long subject
    lines.
    Was crashing if there was an embedded tab in the subject line.
    Long subject lines sometimes get "folded" by Mail Transfer Agents (MTAs).
    To fold, it sticks the next part on a new line that starts with TAB.
    An email client is supposed to unfold these again; but Outlook leaves in
    the tab.
    The solution was to scan for and remove any control chars (<32 <" ").
 1. A smaller download.
    Smaller splash icon in help. Help/images/start.png was 111K now 13K.

    The options weren't behaving correctly - they were controlling the wrong
    things.
    The program was crashing on minimize then maximize.
    Feedback.jpg and Main.jpg were removed. The Feedback.jpg is no longer used
    and main.jpg has been replaced by main.png which was also present.
 1. The Pro name was introduced so we could also have a free version.
