Here&#8217;s what to do about it.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>You get a message like:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gssezisoft.com\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/SaveMail-Error.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gssezisoft.com\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/SaveMail-Error.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"SaveMail Error\" width=\"182\" height=\"133\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-320\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.gssezisoft.com\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/SaveMail-Error.jpg 182w, http:\/\/www.gssezisoft.com\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/SaveMail-Error-150x109.jpg 150w, http:\/\/www.gssezisoft.com\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/SaveMail-Error-148x108.jpg 148w, http:\/\/www.gssezisoft.com\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/SaveMail-Error-31x22.jpg 31w, http:\/\/www.gssezisoft.com\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/SaveMail-Error-38x27.jpg 38w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 182px) 100vw, 182px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This happens if there are no items in the &#8220;Contents&#8221; list when you press &#8220;Save&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gssezisoft.com\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/SaveMail-Error-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gssezisoft.com\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/SaveMail-Error-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"SaveMail Error, 2\" width=\"562\" height=\"304\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-321\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.gssezisoft.com\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/SaveMail-Error-2.jpg 562w, http:\/\/www.gssezisoft.com\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/SaveMail-Error-2-150x81.jpg 150w, http:\/\/www.gssezisoft.com\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/SaveMail-Error-2-300x162.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.gssezisoft.com\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/SaveMail-Error-2-148x80.jpg 148w, http:\/\/www.gssezisoft.com\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/SaveMail-Error-2-31x16.jpg 31w, http:\/\/www.gssezisoft.com\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/SaveMail-Error-2-38x20.jpg 38w, http:\/\/www.gssezisoft.com\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/SaveMail-Error-2-397x215.jpg 397w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 562px) 100vw, 562px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;d chosen a &#8220;Mail Folder&#8221; and selected a &#8220;Save to&#8221; directory but hadn&#8217;t pressed &#8220;Search&#8221; before pressing &#8220;Save&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve added code to check that there are items in the list when you press &#8220;Save&#8221; so future versions will be more helpful about the problem.<\/p>\n<p>(If you are a programmer that found this article because you were looking for Run-time error 380, the problem was setting a progress bar maximum to 0. This may be your problem too but there are other things that could cause it.
